SHIPPING POLICY

At Shri Kalyan Books Depot, we strive to deliver your favorite books quickly and safely across India.

Shipping Partners We ship via trusted domestic couriers like We ship via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, DTDC, India Post, or equivalent.

Processing Time

• Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days from order confirmation (excluding weekends & public holidays).
• Pre-order or out-of-stock items may take longer — we will notify you via email/SMS.

Delivery Timeline

• Metro cities & major towns: 3-7 business days.
• Tier-2/3 cities & remote areas: 7-15 business days.
• Delivery times are estimates and subject to courier performance, weather, or force majeure events. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and order value.
• Free shipping on orders above ₹999 (limited to standard delivery within India).
• For orders below ₹999: ₹50-₹150 (varies by pin code).
• All shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases of defective/wrong item (see Return Policy).

Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.
• Tracking details will be shared via SMS/email. Customers may also track via courier website using AWB.
• For any issues, contact us with order ID.

Delivery & Risk

• Delivery attempted during business hours (10 AM – 7 PM).
• Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer after successful delivery as confirmed by courier proof..
• In case of lost/damaged package, we will assist with courier claim (provide photos/proof).
